We build the systems small businesses run on.

Websites, ordering platforms, ad campaigns, finance pipelines, payroll, security cameras — built, automated, and documented so the whole thing runs without us in the room.

Practice areas

Four columns, one book.

Everything we do posts to one of these accounts.

  1. 01

    Web & digital presence

Websites, menus, portfolios, and online ordering — designed to be the best-dressed thing your business owns, and built to sell.

On the books — fourteen-plus builds, from burger joints to law.

  2. 02

    Growth & marketing

Meta and Google campaigns, creator partnerships, brand consulting — and printed posters we track like ads, down to who stops and who walks in.

On the books — one launch sold out; one family shop became a storefront.

  3. 03

    Operations & automation

Receipt-to-P&L pipelines on Xero, platform revenue reporting, automated email outreach, POS-linked ordering, and camera networks you can check from home.

    On the books — a restaurant group’s monthly P&L, filed hands-free.

  4. 04

    People & process

Payroll, onboarding, training, supply chains, and franchise playbooks — the business written down until it runs on rails.

On the books — owners who don’t need us anymore.

The full Bagnolify treatment, for a Vietnamese bakery-restaurant group in San Francisco and Berkeley. We built the website and menu, then put that same menu live across six ordering platforms. We ran the marketing — Meta campaigns with local creators on a $50-review program, plus printed posters we graded against camera footage: who stopped, who walked in.

Behind the counter, we automated the books. Two pieces of software — Xero Stage 0 and Stage 1 — scan every physical receipt, extract the invoice data, and post each expense to the P&L. A third, Platform Profits, pulls each platform’s monthly sales, nets out commissions and tax, and files those too. We installed sixteen security cameras across locations, wired to the office TVs and the owner’s phone. And when the owner began selling his perfected business model to new operators, we built the franchise line: bread and meat equipment, recipes, training, and onboarding — all purchasable from the site.

We helped open the doors of a Berkeley burger restaurant: built the menu, set up supply and distribution through Sysco, put the employees on payroll — and wrote it all down. Hiring, training, ordering, marketing: a repeatable playbook, so the owner runs every cycle herself, without us.

Close brand consulting for a family-owned business making authentic food. They were drifting toward contemporary-style marketing; we kept every decision anchored to what they actually are. We built the website, linked online ordering to their point of sale, and gave the owner a backend for adding and removing pickup slots around her own schedule — so she never gets overwhelmed. Sales grew until they opened a storefront.

Our first client: a student at our school moving $70,000 of Chex Mix through Instagram DMs. We built him a website with online ordering, so orders stopped living in his inbox — a system where there wasn’t one.

Two builds for a member of the Berkeley Mechanical Engineering Consulting Club. First, a portfolio that puts his projects in front of recruiters. Second, an outreach engine: software that scrapes his target market for companies worth partnering with, then drafts and finalizes the emails — the whole pipeline from prospect list to sent message, automated.

A student wrote a book about ADHD — and how other students can overcome it. We built the machine around it: set up his Amazon account, published through KDP, built the platform site for the book, and ran Google Ads to put it in front of readers.

An ADHD specialist — coach, life coach, and college-essay mentor — running a private practice that needed a front door. We built the website where clients find, understand, and book her services.

Practice website

A church with a foundation behind it, and no way for people to find either. We built the website that tells visitors what the ministry does, what it believes, and how to take part.

Ahead of her fashion show, a design student in Savannah, Georgia wanted her work where clients and employers could see it. We built a portfolio that gathers her projects and designs — and her classmates’ — into one place built to get her hired.

Portfolio site · Work curation

Our first international engagement: menu and website for a Filipino restaurant shop in the Philippines.

Menu · Website

Paid campaigns in the run-up to a streetwear brand’s big launch, built to drive reach and sales before the drop. The drop sold out.

Launch ads · Audience targeting

After graduating from the Dragon Kim Fellowship, we went back for the next class. We built websites for fellow nonprofit projects — Pages for the Soul, Speak Up Leadership, Allergic to the Max, and more — mostly free, working side by side with the founders until each site said exactly what they meant.

Websites · Story & brand alignment · Pro bono

A website built for outreach — helping a property management company modernize and get found.

Website

A clean site for a lawyer: past cases, credentials, contact. Helping one more business modernize.

Website

The goal, every time: a business that doesn’t need us anymore.

The running order

How Bagnolify happened.

  1. 01

    The first site

A student at our school was doing $70,000 in Chex Mix sales out of his Instagram DMs. We built him online ordering — and Bagnolify had its first client.

  2. 02

    The fellowship

Coming out of the Dragon Kim Fellowship, we went back to build websites for fellow nonprofits — Pages for the Soul, Speak Up Leadership, Allergic to the Max — mostly free, because a project’s story deserves to be told right.

  3. 03

    First brands

A streetwear label’s launch campaign sold out the drop. A family lumpia business held its brand steady, grew its online orders — and opened a storefront.

  4. 04

    Restaurants at scale

Banh Mi Rolls Factory: six ordering platforms, automated books, sixteen cameras, a franchise line. Cal Burgers & More: opened in Berkeley with menu, Sysco supply, and payroll already in place.

  5. 05

    The bench

We hired 26 students on commission to sell for us — because building the product was never the hard part; reaching the people who need it is. Top seller each month took home the bonus.

  6. 06

    Today

One firm across web, growth, operations, and people. Every engagement ends the same way: documented, automated, and handed over.
